Student Leaders Calls for A VOTE ON RH FOR A VOTE ON 2013

Newly elected student leaders from member universities and colleges of the Student Council Alliance of the Philippines (SCAP) for SY 2012-2013 have taken on the RH Bill as among its top priority for the coming school year. With the 2013 national elections just around the corner, student leaders are campaigning for legislators to Vote on RH for a Vote on 2013. SCAP has about 150 member universities, colleges and political parties all over the country.
