We would like to remind you that the deadline for submission of fellowship proposals is today, September 6, 2010.
Please be reminded that your proposals should include your core ideas, your methods of planned research and publication/delivery, a timeline for progress updates with PMFI, and a proposed budget. All fellowship proposals will be evaluated by the Philippine Center for
Population and Development (PCPD), PMFI’s partner in Mulat Pinoy.

A consultation on a consensus population bill was held last July 21, 2010 at the Asian Institute Management in Makati City, veering away from the usual steps of filing a bill in both Congress and the Senate. There are a few new YouTube video sensations in town!
This past month, budding directors took to the streets in search of answers to the controversial questions posed by Mulat Pinoy’s Pop-I Video Contest. Open to all Filipino netizens, the competition aimed to harness the viral nature of DIY videos to spread awareness about population and its impact on various social issues.
